Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to enhance business solutions. Working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders, you will contribute to the creation of scalable machine learning systems that address intricate challenges and boost performance. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and optimizing machine learning models, preprocessing and transforming data for model training and evaluation, as well as deploying these models in production environments. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be essential to implement machine learning solutions effectively and continuously monitor and enhance model performance through regular updates. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Additionally, you will be expected to engage in the full sales cycle, achieve monthly targets within the US and Canada Territory, and leverage your skills to provide value to leads without the need for outbound calls. The job offers a unique opportunity to sell management software to directors of SMEs, working on interesting projects with a wide scope including CRM, MRP, Accounting, Inventory, HR, and Project Management. You will have direct coordination with functional consultants for qualification and follow-ups, with high commissions offered to top performers. In terms of job complexity, personal evolution, and job security, this role presents a dynamic and challenging environment with potential for growth and overachievement. You will be part of a team of 10 in a company of 40 individuals, with an average deal size of $15k and a sales cycle lasting 3 months. The company is experiencing significant growth at 50% YoY and is currently profitable.
