As a Senior Engineer, you will be a pivotal member of our Content Manager engineering team with the following focus Lead full-stack development (C# / Angular / pl/SQL) and modernize/refactor the platform, focusing on CI/CD (dockers/terraform/playwright) and database migration from Oracle to PostgreSQL. Address intricate engineering challenges associated with applications that handle large-scale data, requiring candidates to have extensive experience in managing data-intensive systems. Job Description Understand the key product portfolio of the company (Ceramic Cutting Tools, CBN Cutting Tools, CBN/D Grinding Wheels, Gear Grinding Products, Deburring Products). A good understanding of the industrial areas in and around Chennai (Chennai, Pondicherry, Ranipet, Kanchipuram, Sriperumbudur, Vellore, etc). Regularly visit key clients to maintain business and develop further business. Develop & nurture relations with large customers of the key products in the company portfolio. Identify areas for improvement in clients production process and provide recommendations based on the company's portfolio strength. Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors products. Provide source data for product marketing communications. Develop sales strategies and consistently gain market share for portfolio products in North India. Analyze and estimate the annual business potential of the clients. Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests. Provide monthly inventory planning for existing clients and pipeline projects. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Preferred Candidate Profile Education: Engineering/ITI/BSc/Diploma in a relevant field Minimum 3 years experience in cutting tools/grinding wheels sales. Must have live connections within the high potential customers of portfolio products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Tamil, English, Hindi).
