Role Overview As a Sales Associate , you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful promotion and sale of our medical-grade equipment. You will be the face of Machbee to hospitals, clinics, distributors, and government procurement agencies. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about healthcare sales and innovation, who are comfortable working in a goal-driven environment and want the flexibility to work either on a full-time or commission-only basis. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify potential customers across hospitals, diagnostic centers, government health departments, and healthcare distributors. Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and trade show participation. Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations Understand technical product features and effectively communicate benefits tailored to clinical and procurement needs. Provide in-person or virtual demos and presentations to decision-makers. Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure Handle end-to-end sales cycle from proposal to negotiation and closure. Ensure documentation, quotations, and post-sale coordination are handled professionally. Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and up-sell opportunities. Act as a trusted partner and point of contact for clients. Market Intelligence & Feedback Gather insights from the field, report on competitor activity, and provide actionable feedback to internal product and marketing teams to inform future strategies. Collaboration Work closely with product, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support. Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field. 1–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or medical devices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable with flexible work arrangements and performance-based compensation (for commission-based candidates). Proficiency in local languages is a plus.
