This is a foundational role designed for someone who is eager to learn the ropes of digital marketing, from high-level social media strategy to the essential administrative tasks that keep a marketing department running. As a trainee, you will provide critical support in managing our online presence, coordinating with team members, and ensuring our digital communicationespecially via email and mobile, LinkedInis professional and impactful. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media & LinkedIn Management LinkedIn Execution: Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and help build our professional network by identifying key industry players. Content Support: Assist in drafting captions and sourcing imagery for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Engagement: Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner to foster community growth. 2. Mailing & Email Marketing Campaign Support: Help set up and test email newsletters and marketing sequences. Database Management: Maintain and clean mailing lists, ensuring all contact information is up to date and segmented correctly. Reporting: Track basic metrics like open rates and click-through rates. 3. Administration & Coordination Project Tracking: Use tools (like words or Excel) to track project deadlines and ensure the team stays on schedule. Communication: Act as a bridge between the creative and sales teams to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time. Documentation: Organize digital assets (images, videos, and documents) in our shared drives for easy access. Who You Are Eager Learner: You have a genuine passion for digital marketing and stay updated on the latest social media trends. Tech & tools: You are comfortable using (or learning) tools like Canva and the Microsoft Office Suite and social media Strong Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to adapt your tone to a professional audience. Qualifications Recent graduate or final year student in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Basic understanding of how LinkedIn and other social platforms work for business. Previous experience in an office environment or a relevant internship is a plus, but not required.
