Role Overview As the Business & Product Analyst, you will own the end-to-end process of turning business, project, and product data into actionable insights. Your primary focus will be on building robust data management systems, driving performance improvements across the organization, and pioneering the use of AI for smarter, faster decision-making. You’ll be hands-on in experimenting with AI-powered analytics, automation tools, and models to enhance sales, product, and operational efficiency. This is a highly cross-functional role - you’ll collaborate with leadership, sales, product, and operations teams, combining strategic thinking with rapid execution. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Insights Build and maintain real-time dashboards and management reports for leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. Analyze sales funnels, marketing performance, client demographics, and operational KPIs to drive business growth. Use AI-assisted analytics tools to accelerate insight generation and reduce reporting turnaround time. Product Analytics Track and analyze product usage data to inform feature development, user experience improvements, and product roadmap prioritization. Leverage AI to identify behavioral patterns, predict user churn, and recommend feature enhancements. Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate new product features and business initiatives. Process Optimization Identify bottlenecks in project workflows and deploy AI-driven process automation to improve speed, quality, and scalability. Work with leadership to set, track, and optimize KPIs at the team and company level. Monitor project delivery metrics (TAT, client satisfaction, cost overruns) and use predictive analytics to preempt risks. Data Management Develop and maintain data pipelines and reporting infrastructure using Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and AI-enhanced ETL tools. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant data privacy standards. Evaluate and implement AI-powered data cleaning, enrichment, and anomaly detection tools. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, etc). 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or product analytics. Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau); experience with product/web analytics tools is a plus. Experience with AI/ML tools or platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, DataRobot, Azure ML, or similar) for analytics and automation preferred. Strong understanding of performance management, process optimization, and KPI tracking. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
