The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting with audits. The role also includes preparing tax returns, managing budgets, and providing financial insights to support decision-making within the company. Qualifications Proficiency in Accounting principles, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting Experience with Tax Preparation, Budget Management, and Compliance Strong skills in Financial Analysis and Audit Processes Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Relevant certifications such as CPA or CA (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
