About the Project “Mojilu Maths" is a specific educational initiative in the Valsad district of Gujarat, India, aimed at making mathematics learning and enjoyable for students in primary schools. It is a collaborative project led by the District Education Office, Valsad, and Maa Foundation, Vapi. The project focuses on: Enhancing teachers’ skills through comprehensive training. Engaging students through improved teaching methods and activities. Improving pedagogy to create a more positive and fun learning experience. The initiative began with 72 primary schools in the first phase and is planned to expand to more schools in the future. The broader objective is to encourage future enrollment in science streams by strengthening students’ mathematical foundation and interest.
