Job Description The Creative Designer’s aim will be to design first in class digital campaigns. They will also contribute to continually improving our design service - ensuring our content is visually engaging and compliant. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to the following: Design and develop visual content for promotional and educational materials (e.g. slide decks, infographics, resource centres, modules, posters, brochures, digital assets) Work closely with writers, programme managers, and other team members to conceptualize and execute integrated communication strategies Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand the project goals and provide design solutions that exceed their expectations Develop creative concepts in line with brand guidelines and communication objectives Support the design and layout of pitch and presentation materials Contribute to the development of creative strategies and ideas during brainstorming sessions Ensure all materials meet regulatory and compliance standards for medical communications Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and tools to continuously improve the creative output of the team. The Medical Writing team at M3 is responsible for producing a wide variety of content, primarily for Doctors.net.uk , the UK’s largest professional network of doctors, but additionally for a range of other media. Content produced includes promotional material, conference highlights, videos, case studies, educational modules, detail aids and more, for a range of clients spanning the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries, charities and wider healthcare sector. Main Duties and Responsibilities Developing, writing and proofreading content Supporting larger content creation projects with editing and referencing tasks Attending occasional client meetings to plan, scope and discuss campaigns Working closely with the Design, Programme Management and Client Partnership teams Qualifications Ideal Candidate A degree, preferably a PhD, in life sciences, or equivalent experience in the medical, pharmaceutical or MedComms industries Ability to write clear, concise and scientifically accurate copy, with excellent attention to detail Fast learner; able to understand and interpret new data with ease A keen interest in working in healthcare communications Happy to work across a wide range of therapy areas and accounts Ability to build strong working relationships Behaviour Able to develop and maintain strong professional relationships A clear concise communicator at all levels who develops trust easily, both internally and externally to the organisation Excellent time management skills Willingness to get involved and show initiative to improve and make internal processes more efficient Communication Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely throughout the organisation
