Core Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify to potential tourist, generate lead through various channel like - social media, cold call, reference, old data base, etc to achieve the target with based on satisfaction & revenue. Itinerary Planning: Research & analyze the destinations to create customized travel packages for individuals (FIT) or groups (GIT), covering flights, hotels, and local tours. Booking & Coordination: Handle reservations through in house software/third party Client Consultation: Meet with clients to diagnose their needs, budget constraints, and preferences to suggest suitable travel options. Documentation Support: Assist with all travel documents comply with forest safari booking, etc Crisis Management: Resolve travel-related issues such as transport cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies during a trip. Key Skills & Qualifications Education: A Bachelor's/ masters degree in Marketing/Tourism, Hospitality Management , or a related field is required. Other graduate may also apply. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities are essential for managing diverse clientele. Multilingualism: Proficiency in multiple languages like - Hindi, English & Gujrati is preferable.
