M. A. Zavery & Co. is seeking a dynamic and motivated B2C Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our superior material handling products directly to end-users, small businesses, and contractors. This role involves client acquisition, field sales visits, product presentations, and building strong customer relationships to drive revenue and brand growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach prospective customers in target markets. Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations. Educate customers on M. A. Zavery & Co.’s offerings and suggest suitable equipment based on their needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly). Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and after-sales support. Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer requirements. Travel extensively for client meetings and product promotions. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C field sales (preferably in capital goods, machinery, or industrial equipment). Strong communication, interpersonal, and client handling skills. Excellent negotiation and closing capabilities. Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently. Ready to travel within West Bengal and surrounding states. Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process including identifying opportunities, preparing tender documents, coordinating submissions, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. The role demands strong coordination, document handling, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and identify relevant tenders from online portals, government websites, and other sources. Analyze tender documents including technical specifications, commercial terms, and conditions. Prepare pre-qualification documents, technical and commercial bids in coordination with internal departments (sales, legal, finance, technical, etc.). Ensure timely submission of tenders, RFPs, and EOIs with complete accuracy. Maintain proper documentation and tracking of tender status, deadlines, submissions, and responses. Communicate with clients, vendors, and government agencies for clarifications and updates related to tenders. Handle online tender portals like GeM, CPPP, MSTC, eProcurement, etc. Coordinate post-submission processes including follow-ups, negotiations, and award notifications. Maintain database of all past and current tenders for internal reference and reporting. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements throughout the tendering process. Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field or any other fields. 1–3 years of experience in handling tenders, preferably in a corporate or government-facing industry.
