We are looking for an experienced and visionary General Manager (GM) to lead our cosmetics manufacturing operations. The GM will be responsible for driving overall business growth, managing production efficiency, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading cross-functional teams toward achieving company goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the cosmetics manufacturing plant . Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability. Ensure GMP, ISO, and regulatory compliance across all production units. Lead teams across production, R&D, sales, supply chain, and quality assurance . Optimize production processes to achieve cost-effectiveness and high-quality output. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and clients. Monitor market trends and introduce innovative strategies to stay competitive. Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance of the company. Recruit, mentor, and motivate staff to enhance productivity and team efficiency. Report directly to the Managing Director/Board of Directors on overall performance. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 05+ years of proven leadership experience in Cosmetics, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical industry . Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and quality control . Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Ability to handle P&L responsibilities and drive profitability. Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability.
