Job Opening - Mechanical Drafter / Draftsman LuxMed is specialized in products of 8 areas including medical diagnosis, biosafety protection, disinfection and sterilization, water purification system, infant care products, cold chain products, software products, clean room project. Job Location – Maglai Manufacturing Plant , Ambala Cantt, Haryana Mechanical Drafter / Draftsman Responsible for creating drawings that exhibit the detail and method of assembly for a variety of machinery and mechanical devices. A. Primary Responsibilities 1. Well verse with working on Advance LASER Cutting Machine and team. 2. Well verse with working on Advance CNC Bending Machine and team. 3. Develop detailed designs for mechanical equipment and controls. 4. Provide details on component descriptions. 5. Resolve design problems. 6. Review and analyze specifications. 7. Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for components or machinery. 8. Compute dimensions of materials and purchase accordingly. 9. Correct operating deficiencies. 10. Draft technical details. 11. Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures. 12. Draw in minute details of structures. 13. Design the parts of a machine. 14. Consult technical handbooks and tables while in drafting phase. 15. Use Computer Aided Design and Drafting systems to prepare drawings. 16. Create and store drawings electronically. 17. Program drawings into automated manufacturing systems. 18. Prepare variations of design. 19. Explain concepts to manufacturers. 20. Prepare engineering drawings that detail plans and specifications. B. Job Skills & Qualifications Required: 1. Associate degree in drafting. 2. Operational knowledge of Advance LASER Cutting Machine and team. 3. Operational knowledge on Advance CNC Bending Machine and team. 4. Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and CADWorx, Solidworks. 5. Excellent technical communication skills with engineers and manufacturing personnel. 6. Strong attention to detail and mathematical abilities. 7. Able to work within strict deadlines. 8.
