Lush & Lean is a high-performance culinary company delivering clean, high-protein meals for celebrity clients. We expect discipline, precision, and zero excuses from anyone who joins our team. The role is for a Private Chef Trainee preparing to work in high-pressure celebrity environments. Every selected candidate must complete one month of on-job management training at our cloud kitchen before touching any client work. This training is hands-on, fast-paced, and intentionally intense to test your ability to handle real service pressure. You will be trained in calorie-counted, nutrition-focused recipe execution. You must produce consistent, high-protein meals with clean flavors and flawless technique. Daily work will include prep, cooking, plating, packaging, and maintaining a spotless workstation. Mistakes will be corrected on the spot, and half-effort won’t be tolerated. The one-month training also includes inventory management, portion accuracy, and workflow optimization. Expect long hours and tight deadlines—celebrity timelines don’t wait for your comfort. Hygiene, safety, and discipline standards must be followed without negotiation. You will observe and practice client-specific customization for strict dietary requirements. Confidentiality and professionalism are mandatory when dealing with high-profile clients. By the end of the month, you should be able to operate a station independently. You will be evaluated on speed, consistency, and your ability to adapt under pressure. Communication must be direct, clear, and functional—no drama, no excuses. The goal of the training is to shape you into a dependable private chef fit for celebrity work. Anyone who cannot handle criticism, intensity, or discipline will not last in this role. Successful candidates will join Lush & Lean’s elite culinary team serving high-performance clients.
