We are looking for an Administrator (Female Candidates only) to Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures. Job Roles:- Reporting to management and performing administration duties. Organizing and confirming appointments and meetings. Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form. Responding to telephone calls and social media enquiries. Maintaining of social media activities. Processing of basic inquiries and sorting mail. Performing other clerical duties as required. Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree. Professional Qualification: 0-3 years of experience in office administration, secretarial work, or related. Skill Requirements: Experience in working with Microsoft Word, Excel and emails. Excellent personal and communication skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Perintalmanna, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
