Founding Member Operations & Field Sales Executive – Food Delivery Startup (Lunchitt)

Company Overview: Lunchitt is a fast-growing, tech-enabled meal delivery startup focused on serving fresh, home-style lunches to office-goers in Hyderabad. Backed by a team with years of experience in wellness kitchens, foodtech, and startups, Lunchitt aims to solve the lunch problem for employees working in small to mid-sized companies without canteens. We are expanding our operations and looking for a highly responsible, street-smart, and proactive field executive to handle daily logistics and drive corporate partnerships. --- Location: Gachibowli / Hitech City, Hyderabad (On-Ground Role) --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Logistics & Operations: Coordinate daily food pickups from vendors and ensure timely delivery via Porter or Swiggy Genie. Inspect food quality and temperature before dispatch. Ensure clean and accurate packing at vendor kitchens. Resolve any last-mile delivery issues, including customer complaints or spillage. Maintain a delivery and issue log daily. 2. Field Sales & Marketing: Visit nearby offices (0–50 employees) in apartments or coworking spaces and promote Lunchitt. Distribute leaflets, collect leads, and explain the product to potential customers. Collect pre-orders and share with internal ops team. Follow up with offices to convert them into regular customers or “Lunchitt Champs”. 3. Customer Support & Order Management: Monitor WhatsApp messages and coordinate with the internal team. Handle cancellations, order tracking, and exception handling. Ensure customer feedback is noted and escalated to relevant departments. --- Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, food delivery, or FMCG field sales Ability to communicate well in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Should know how to use WhatsApp, Google Forms, and basic mobile apps. Bike with valid license and smartphone is mandatory. Must be reliable, presentable, and punctual. Willingness to work Monday to Saturday during lunch hours. --- Compensation: Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience) Incentives: Performance-based incentives for new customer acquisition and logistics KPIs.
