You will be responsible for maintaining the jewellery stock and uploading the catalogue on Shopify. Initially, this will be on a contract basis with the possibility of permanent or part-time employment in the future. Your main tasks will include creating, updating, and managing product catalogs on Shopify. This involves ensuring that all product information is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date. You will also be responsible for researching and writing product descriptions, titles, and keywords, as well as uploading and editing product images and videos. Additionally, assigning products to relevant categories, subcategories, and filters will be part of your role, while ensuring compliance with platform policies and standards. Quality control is an essential aspect of the role, which includes checking the quality of catalog images and product information, as well as identifying and resolving any issues in the catalog. You will also be expected to suggest improvements to catalog processes and workflows, contributing to process improvement. Ensuring brand consistency in product descriptions, images, and overall catalog presentation is crucial.
