, Company Description We are distributors of branded perfumes and Cosmetics products to the UK and European Countries. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Wholesale Account Manager Lumina Consulting Private Ltd. The Wholesale Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with wholesale clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring clients' needs are met. They will develop sales strategies, Managing Prices depending on the demand for the product and on stock in hand and availblity from the brand , track performance metrics, and work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue goals. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts with new Distributors and wholesale Suppliers. The job consists of preparing price lists daily and sending them to Retailers, Managing orders until they are delivered to customers' locations, and communicating effectively with clients and internal teams. Qualifications Account Management and Customer Service skills Excellent English Communication and Sales skills 5 Years of Experience in Wholesale Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficient in using CRM software and other related tools Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the retail industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Negotiating with suppliers: Sourcing and negotiating with vendors to get the best deals on merchandise Planning and budgeting: Creating budgets for different category products to source for the relative season, such as Mother's Day, Easter, the Summer Category, and Christmas. Developing marketing strategies: Studying market trends and consumer demand to determine what to sell and how to market it Managing customer service: Responding to customer requests and issues, and ensuring customer complaints are handled appropriately Managing finances: Authorizing payment for supplies and deciding on credit terms and discount rates Managing storage and transport: Negotiating contracts for transport and ensuring goods are stored and dispatched correctly and on time Skills Required - Analytical skills: The ability to analyze market trends and forecast sales. Must Be Proficient in Advanced Excel Business Intelligence software - Zoho Analytics (SQL ), Power BI skills would be a great advantage. Must have advanced EXCEL skills -, Pivot Tables, and Lookups. Technological skills: The ability to use software for inventory management, sales projections, and other parts of the sales process, eg- ODOO ERP.
