The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across PHP/Laravel and MERN stack, building scalable systems, modern UI, and collaborating closely with teams and clients. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using PHP (Laravel) and MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Build modern, responsive, and high-performance frontends using React.js and Next.js with best UI/UX practices. Develop scalable backend services using Laravel and Node.js/Express, including API design and implementation.
