Role & responsibilities Managing all aspects of travel operations including itinerary, travel coordination and customer support Manage B2C travel operations, with a strong understanding of all interdependent functions (Visa, Ticketing, Forex) Handle tour assignments, overall control day-to-day operations. Ideal candidate has to be service-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills Guides the operations teams to address any customer feedback and vendor management issues Ensures smooth tour operations in accordance with Schedules Preferred candidate profile Male/Female
