Key Responsibilities Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart IRIS, and other marketplace/Q-commerce platforms. Execute campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP ads and promotions. Optimize daily performance metrics like ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates. Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and scale results. Collaborate with internal teams for creatives, A+ content, and platform strategy alignment. Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to stay ahead. Own reporting and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. Desired Candidate Profile MBA in Marketing or related discipline. 5-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for e-commerce/marketplace platforms. Proficient in Amazon Seller Central/AMS, Flipkart IRIS, and Q-commerce ad tools. Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data, Excel, and reporting. Demonstrated ability to blend creative thinking with performance focus. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
