During 1st visit .No proper information given by front desk regarding patient nos. Told us to sit next is our no. After some time told us that you not submitted file so our nos went to 5th. We waited 1 hours as told us to 1st come 1st go. Very bad experience. Other clinics give better attainon than Lotus.
