The manager at lord of the drinks (Nirala Nagar Lucknow) :Ashish Srivastav is rude and pathetic person for hospitality industry. Please take serious actions agaimst him for conning the guest for first promising something and then inflating the bills and rates. He also misbehaves with the guests.
