Pathetic snacks and average service and environment. This big brand attracts people because of its name and believe me you are set to get disappointed once to be here. The crowd here is average and the food quality is pathetically poor. The service is delayed and no one is bothered of your comfort or convenience.

Though it's a Bar but you cannot decline the request of Regular Water to your guests. If they want to drink water, you cannot force them to open packaged water bottle that's 6 time costlier. And anyways turning down a request for water is no where acceptable even if in Hospitality business.

Well below expectations , drinks on menu are hardly available. LOTD has only two beers available on menu , food taste is pathetic be it starter or main course. Service is below par , staffs are ill mannered and not ready to help in any way.
