Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming environment

• Present the menu, make recommendations, and take accurate food and drink orders
• Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and the dining area
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and counter staff
• Handle customer queries or complaints with a professional and friendly attitude
• Upsell specials, beverages, and desserts (like our famous Ala Nutella!)
• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety guidelines

Ideal candidate

Friendly, energetic, and customer- service oriented

• Basic knowledge of food and beverages (especially pizza!)
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow with us
• Neat appearance and professional demeanor
