Key Responsibilities: Event Management Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and brand activations. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure successful event delivery. Prepare event budgets, timelines, and post-event reports to measure ROI and effectiveness. Public Relations (PR) Develop and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and PR agencies. Draft press releases, media pitches, and manage all PR activities to generate positive media coverage. Handle crisis communication and act as a spokesperson when required. Sponsorship & Partnerships Identify, evaluate, and manage sponsorship opportunities that align with brand objectives. Negotiate sponsorship deals and collaborations with external partners, influencers, and agencies. Ensure proper brand visibility and deliverables in all partnered and sponsored events. Client Meetings & Relationship Management Schedule and attend client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored marketing solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Act as the point of contact for clients during events and campaigns. Campaign Management & Branding Develop and implement creative marketing strategies for brand positioning and visibility. Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all communication materials. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities for strategic input.
