📢 We’re Hiring Teachers (Part-Time & Full-Time) Education Project – North Jaipur We are a non-profit education initiative working with children from underserved and disadvantaged communities in Jaipur. Our programmes support learners with diverse educational journeys , from early foundational learning to secondary-level academics and open schooling. Our work goes beyond the classroom and is rooted in community engagement, family connection, and long-term child development . 🔹 Teaching Roles Available 1️⃣ Early Years & Primary Teacher – Morning Session Lead UKG, SKG, Standard 1 This role combines teaching and session management . The teacher will be responsible for leading and managing the morning programme for younger children, ensuring smooth daily operations, quality teaching, and a safe, nurturing learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Teach UKG, SKG, and Standard 1 using play-based and activity-based learning Plan and manage the daily morning session schedule and routines Oversee classroom flow, transitions, and positive behaviour management Coordinate with assistant teachers, helpers, or volunteers Maintain attendance, basic student progress records, and classroom organisation Act as the primary point of contact for parents and caregivers during the morning session Liaise with the project coordinator on daily functioning, materials, and needs Support community engagement activities related to younger students 2️⃣ Upper Primary & Secondary Teacher Standards 5–10 This role focuses on academic teaching and student support for older learners, including those preparing for open examinations and those transitioning back into mainstream schooling. Key Responsibilities: Teach academic subjects aligned with NCERT learning levels Support students preparing for open schooling examinations Work with over-age and out-of-school children Support selected students transitioning back into mainstream education at Standard 5 Maintain attendance and basic academic records Support extracurricular, computer, or development sessions as required Engage positively with students’ families and the local community when needed. 🏫 Our Teaching & Community Model Teachers may work across different learning formats, including: Support tuition classes for children attending other schools Computer and extracurricular classes Personal development and life-skills sessions Full academic programmes for out-of-school children Bridge education programmes for mainstream school re-entry Teachers are encouraged to engage meaningfully with the community and families to support attendance, continuity, and child well-being. 🎓 Qualifications & Experience B.Ed / BSW preferred 2+ years of teaching or child-oriented work experience preferred Fluency in English and Hindi is required Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working in a non-traditional NGO school environment Patient, adaptable, and child-centred approach Motivated to work with underserved communities and contribute to meaningful, long-term social impact 🌱 Why Join Us?
