Job Summary

Muby Group is looking for an experienced Logistics & Export Executive with strong expertise in handling chemical shipments specifically for the US market. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of international logistics, export documentation, US shipping regulations, and compliance procedures, along with excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate chemical shipments for the US market.
• Handle end-to-end export logistics operations, including shipment planning, tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Prepare and verify export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, shipping bills, and other required documents.
• Ensure compliance with US import regulations, customs requirements, and international shipping standards.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and overseas clients.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure timely documentation.
• Handle shipment-related queries and resolve logistics issues efficiently.
• Ensure proper handling and transportation of chemical products in accordance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate professionally with US-based clients and logistics partners.

Candidate Requirements

• Mandatory experience in handling chemical shipments for the US market.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and US logistics procedures.
• Good understanding of customs clearance, chemical shipping regulations, and export compliance.
• Experience coordinating with international freight forwarders and shipping companies.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and logistics documentation.

Important Note

Candidates must have relevant experience in US chemical shipments, export documentation, and regulatory compliance. Experience in general logistics without chemical shipment exposure to the US market will not be considered.
