SAP HCM Implementation & Support Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP HCM across core HR modules Configure and optimise SAP HR modules to improve HR efficiency and compliance Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing systems HR Process Optimisation & Integration Design enterprise and personnel structures aligned with business needs Manage master data integrity, reporting, and system testing activities Lead data migration using tools such as LSMW and SAP LTMC Payroll & Localisation Expertise Oversee SAP Payroll configurations, ensuring compliance with Gulf region requirements Collaborate with business teams to align payroll processes with statutory guidelines Stakeholder Engagement & Training Deliver training sessions for end-users and HR teams on system functionality Coordinate with IT, HR, and business units to align system improvements with strategic goals Qualifications & Experience 6-8 years of experience in SAP HCM, with full-cycle implementation exposure Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field SAP HCM Certification preferred Proven expertise in SAP HR configuration, payroll, and data migration (S4 HANA/ECC 6.0) Strong communication, project leadership, and analytical problem-solving skills Experience with Gulf country localisation is an advantage Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations required
