We need candidate with the following Job Description;Role: Logistics & Customer Care ExecutiveLocation: Kolkata (Work from office)
Experience: 1–2 years preferred in e-commerce or operations
What You’ll Do:
Order & Logistics HandlingProcess daily orders from our website and marketplacesGenerate shipping labels and invoicesCoordinate with courier partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.)Ensure timely pickups and deliveriesTrack shipments and resolve delays, RTOs, and delivery issues
Returns & Replacements
Manage return and exchange requestsCoordinate pickups and ensure quick reshipmentsMaintain a return tracker and reduce repeat issues
Customer Support (Email + WhatsApp + Instagram DM)
Respond to customer queries politely and promptlyShare tracking updates and solve order issuesFollow up on feedback and create a smooth experience
Reporting & Coordination
Update daily order and dispatch reportsFlag fast-selling or low-stock itemsWork closely with the packing and inventory team
