Job Description

Deluxe Veneers is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics & Inventory Executive to manage inventory, stock movement, dispatches, and logistics coordination at our Bhiwandi location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory, stock records, and inventory updates.
• Monitor inward and outward stock movements.
• Coordinate dispatches, deliveries, and transportation.
• Maintain accurate inventory reports and documentation.
• Verify stock quantities and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, transporters, and internal teams.
• Track deliveries and ensure timely dispatch of materials.
• Assist with stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain proper records of challans, invoices, and delivery documents.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, inventory, or warehouse management preferred.
• Good knowledge of stock management and dispatch coordination.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle daily operational activities.

Salary & Benefits

Salary will be decided based on the candidate’s last drawn CTC, relevant experience, and interview performance.
