Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with customers to schedule production timelines and communicate any changes or updates. Create detailed production plans and work closely with the production department to ensure alignment with customer orders and timelines. Coordinate with logistics and transporters to ensure timely delivery of goods. Prepare packing lists, invoices, and Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for shipments. Ensure that products meet specified quality and dimension standards; verify measurements accurately. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues in a professional manner, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS (Management Information Systems) reports to track performance and key operational metrics. Monitor KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to evaluate service levels, delivery timelines, and overall customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with the production and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination from order to delivery.
