Technical Support : Troubleshooting and resolving issues with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software applications. User Account Management : Creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts in Active Directory, email systems, and other platforms. Remote Support : Assisting users remotely via tools like TeamViewer, Remote Desktop, or Zoom. Documentation : Updating knowledge bases, documenting fixes, and following ITIL practices. Escalation : Escalating complex issues to Level 2/3 support or specialized teams when necessary.
