Candidate must relocate to Ahmedabad in case out of the Ahmedabad/ Gujarat. Experience - 6 to 15 years Role & Responsibilities As a Business Consultant , you will be responsible for implementing Supply Chain Planning software for our global customers. These customers range from mid-sized companies to large international enterprises seeking advanced planning and scheduling (APS) solutions with strong optimization capabilities. In this role, you will solve a variety of KPI-driven challenges across industrieslogistics, manufacturing, and workforce planning being prime examples. Each project presents unique and intellectually stimulating puzzles to solve. Preferred Candidate Profile As an ideal candidate for the Business Consultant role, you: Have a passion for solving complex analytical puzzles . Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Econometrics, Industrial Engineering , or a related field. Bring experience as a Business Consultant (preferred). Possess strong analytical and abstraction skills , enabling you to quickly understand business processes and identify optimization opportunities. Are comfortable acting as a bridge between customers (from planners to senior management) and developers , especially when discussing, defining, and demonstrating planning solutions. Are an excellent communicator with fluent English skills. Enjoy working in an international environment , collaborating closely with team members, customers, and offshore development teams. Are eager to learn about various industriesincluding specialized domains like air traffic control . Are flexible and willing to travel internationally when needed. Additional Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) Experience with object-oriented modeling (UML) . Knowledge of APS solutions , lean planning, MPS, ERP, or SAP.
