You will be the key point of contact after a customer books our services, guiding them through the process and ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle new customer onboarding via call and WhatsApp after booking confirmation. Explain service offerings, process timelines, and company policies clearly to customers. Coordinate with the internal allocation team to share suitable maid profiles. Arrange and manage calls (audio/video) between customers and shortlisted candidates. Share payment links and assist customers with payment completion. Help customers fill out requirement forms, if required. Respond to customer queries, follow up on pending actions, and provide timely updates. Maintain records of communication and status in the internal tracking system. Candidate Requirements: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Web, and call coordination tools. Customer service experience preferred (domestic help industry background is a bonus). Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or service-based customer support (domestic services experience preferred).
