We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Team Leader to manage, guide, and grow our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance, mentoring team members, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets consistently. Team Leadership & Management Lead, coach, and supervise a team of inside sales executives to achieve individual and team targets. Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals and ensure consistent follow-through. Monitor team performance through regular reviews and CRM tracking. Manage escalations and assist team members in closing high-value or difficult leads. Sales Execution Ensure the team effectively handles inbound/outbound leads and converts them into disbursed loans or card issuances. Drive sales of financial products like personal loans, credit cards, business loans, and home loans. Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement corrective actions. Training & Development Conduct regular product and process training to improve team capability. Provide on-the-job coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans. Mentor junior team members and build future team leaders. Reporting & Insights Maintain and analyze reports on lead conversion, TAT, quality of calls, and sales output. Share actionable insights with senior management for strategy refinement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, with 1–2 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in selling credit cards, personal loans, home loans, or other financial products is highly preferred. Strong understanding of financial sales cycles, regulatory basics, and loan documentation.
