Job Role & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential loan customers (cold & warm leads). Convert suspect leads into prospects by explaining loan products and identifying needs. Schedule meetings for the sales team and follow up consistently until closure. Coordinate with the field sales officer and update them on lead status. Maintain accurate records of conversations and updates in the CRM/software. Ensure knowledge of all loan products, policies, and competitors. Handle customer objections professionally and ensure high-quality conversations. Generate referrals and collect market feedback to share with supervisors.
