Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating talent development initiatives. This includes leveraging tools like Workday, Qualtrics, Culture Amp, Franklin Covey Portal, and LinkedIn Learning to ensure seamless execution of learning and development programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Workday Learning Management: Create and manage Workday courses. Oversee participant enrollments, attendance, and course completion statuses. Develop and maintain Workday Learning Campaigns and Topics. 2. Reporting and Feedback: Share course-related reports and insights as requested. Assist with 360 feedback processes using the Culture Amp tool. Manage and distribute monthly reports 3. Survey Creation and Analysis: Design surveys using Workday, Qualtrics, and Culture Amp as needed. Compile survey results to provide actionable insights for talent development programs. 4. Communication and Support: Manage the Talent Development mailbox and respond to learning-related queries. Handle inquiries related to all talent development initiatives. Send email communications, calendar invites, and updates to participants and their line managers. 5. Platform and Resource Management: Administer participant enrollment and access to the Franklin Covey Portal. Manage LinkedIn Learning access for up to 400 users and provide usage reports. 6. Mentorship Program Support: Assist Program Managers in managing mentorship programs Track and ensure the start and completion of mentorship initiatives. 7. Procurement and Documentation: Raise and manage purchase orders (PO). Maintain records of PO details and signed contracts in Box. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Proficiency with learning management systems, particularly Workday Learning. • Experience using tools like Qualtrics, Culture Amp, and LinkedIn Learning. • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Familiarity with tracking and reporting tools for learning and development initiatives. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
