We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master at LiveLike, you will play a key role in facilitating Agile practices, ensuring smooth project delivery, and empowering teams to work efficiently and effectively. You will act as a servant leader, guiding cross-functional teams through the agile process while removing any obstacles that hinder progress. Key Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Act as a coach and mentor for team members to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices. Remove obstacles and resolve issues that may impede the team s progress or success. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and refine project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities. Ensure that the team follows Scrum processes and meets deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across the organization. Qualifications: 4-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly preferred. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex software development projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to foster a collaborative, results-driven environment. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. Preferred Qualifications: Background in software development or technical projects is a plus. Experience in the media, entertainment, or sports industries is a bonus. LiveLike is seeking a "Sr. Software Engineer, Web" with a preference for candidates who have worked on products for other developers such as libraries, frameworks, or SDKs. This candidate should be an expert on the web platform, and be proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This is an immediate hire and will be working remotely within the US. This role is not only critical but an excellent opportunity for someone who is driven and motivated by uncovering great opportunities in new product development. You have strong technical design and creative skills to contribute to our set of software libraries and SDKs to help our customers build unique, compelling experiences utilizing our features and their content without compromising on the user experience. From day one, you must be able to hit the ground running and bring all your experience to the team to make the experience of integrating our products the best that it can be. Considerable experience building developer-facing products like software libraries, frameworks, and SDKs. Experience working at a SaaS company is appreciated. Expert proficiency in JavaScript and HTML/CSS development. Experience with React JS, React Native, Vue, Flutter, etc. is a plus. Deep understanding of how to interact with HTTP APIs. Nuanced opinions on API design such as RPC vs. REST are a plus. Have complementary skills such as API design, data modelling, and technical writing. Outstanding collaboration and communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with a distributed team. Understand and practice agile development methodology. Working knowledge of User Experience design best practices. Ability to translate user stories into visual designs, mockups and wireframes using industry-standard tools, like In Vision. Strong skills with HTML5, CSS, Basic JS, Responsive Bootstrap, Material Design, LESS/ SASS. Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases would be an added advantage. Experience with modern software engineering workflows and tools (e.g. Agile, JIRA, Git, CI/CD, Amazon Web Services, ELK, APM). Extremely passionate about code reviews, engineering best practices and mentoring/coaching the developers to make them successful. Ability to incorporate new technologies as required.
