LivasaHospital is looking for Liver Transplant Surgeon to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Conduct pre-operative assessments for patients requiring liver and HPB (Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary) procedures, evaluating medical history, and determining surgical suitability. Perform advanced surgical interventions including liver resections, pancreatic resections, liver transplants, and biliary surgeries, ensuring adherence to established clinical protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams comprising surgeons, radiologists, hepatologists, and anesthesiologists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Manage and monitor post-operative care and recovery, assessing patient progress, addressing complications, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Provide expert consultation and second opinions for complex cases related to HPB and liver transplant surgeries. Educate and mentor junior doctors, medical staff, and trainees on HPB and liver transplant procedures, safety, and patient management. Participate in clinical research and audits related to HPB and transplant surgery to support advancements in the field. Maintain clear and detailed documentation of patient interactions, surgical procedures, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards. Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current on surgical innovations and treatment methodologies within the HPB and liver transplant field.
