Core Responsibilities Product Listing & Catalog Management Create and maintain detailed, compliant product pages: titles, descriptions, images, specs, SKUs Monitor and rectify listing errors, optimize keywords for SEO visibility Track dispatch schedules, troubleshoot delays, ensure compliance with shipping SLAs Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, inventory, and listing health Lodge SPF claims and refunds Skilled in Excel, Google Analytics etc Ensures listing accuracy, product matching, and packaging integrity Order Reconciliation : Verifies dispatch vs. orders, resolves discrepancies, manages chargebacks Ensures timely pickup, coordinates courier handovers, and addresses any delays Bachelor’s in Commerce, Business, or Marketing 3–5 years in e‑commerce operations: end-to-end marketplace management Salary + Performance Bonus on achieving sales and profitability targets.
