Key Responsibilities: • Develop detailed 3D models and drawings of food size reduction equipment and plant layouts using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure designs meet technical specifications and customer requirements. • Create and maintain accurate documentation of designs, including bill of materials (BOM), assembly instructions, and technical manuals. • Conduct design reviews and provide input to improve functionality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness. • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in 3D design and engineering. • Support the manufacturing team during the production process by providing technical assistance and resolving design-related issues. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
