Location: Bangalore (On-site) Experience: 10+ years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end ERP implementations and support projects. The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge of NetSuite modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Order-to-Cash, P2P), with strong experience in client-facing roles, solution design, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations and upgrades Gather business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions Configure and customize NetSuite modules as per business needs Conduct system testing, UAT, and end-user training Provide post-implementation support and enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical consultants, and clients Create documentation including process flows, user manuals, and SOPs Candidate Requirements: 8 - 10 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Associate Strong functional knowledge of core NetSuite modules : Finance, SCM, and CRM Proven track record in multiple NetSuite implementations , including with global clients Over 10 years of experience in ERP financial modules or core accounting , preferably with a CA background/ B.Com / M.Com Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills NetSuite certification is a strong plus
