Check in time was long, almost 25 mins it took for cheh in , Room size is very small, have informed at the time of check in that required Jain food, but same was not made available,and later food was made available but it was tasteless, not worthy of money spent.

Good service by employess but lobby was very small with no big sofas to wait. Resturant seating was not so attractive.more decorations and property Interior should be addded. Hotel looks so simple This hotel not fit for a 4 star label. Only have facilities of a 2 star hotel

The hotel is well located, at the entry to kochi, edakochi and Ernakulam, all are well accessible. Neat and clean rooms, and washrooms. Good and responsive service. They allowed us a late check out too. Had a faulty safe, they corrected immediately. Thank you

A budget friendly decent hotel with good space sound staffs and neat rooms.the service provided is also nice.ev charging stations are there.swimming pool is not there even the rivals have swimming pool as facilities.view from the room is good but there is no privacy because of the apartments facing the hotel on opposite side.
