Bhavesh the receptionist is too rude and unprofessional.. They ask for more money .. We booked the rooms from 3rd party and it was confirmed too still they asked for more money .. They are here just to disappoint the customer so that they never come again

Such a fraud They are .. never trust them .. they will confirm the bookings and cancel it suddenly without informing you.. They behave so rudely .. specially the receptionist bhavesh and Krutika are so unprofessional and don’t know how to talk to customers
