Denied booking after we came without informing. Worst hospitality. The reception guy Mukesh was so rude, just want to trouble guests asking for higher prices.

People here are not trustworthy.Specially Mr. Bhavesh .. Very arrogant , very bad behaviour ..pata nahi kaha se aise logo ko kaam pe rakh dete hai .. he made us wait for 2 hrs just to book the hotel .. never go to tbis hotel they only insult the customers ..

Very pathetic experience… rudest staaff ever .. poor restaurant service didn’t even served water… no remote of ac .. when asked to switched on the ac they sent 1 guy and he switched on and asked me to call when to switch off in middle of night.. their cleaninness is worst and any staff u take is not at all fit for hotel industry
