The staff was very cooperative and understanding. They were prompt in their service. Some of the rooms on the second floor were having the smell of mould. In fact the smell was there as soon as we entered the floor. We complained of the same and the staff promptly gave a different room on the first floor which was excellent.

Very good rooms with extremely good in house service. Just the only issue is with the location as the access road to the hotel is a 1 way road which is often hassle some if you are driving by yourself. Food and bar was fantastic however issues with time it took to serve the order itself.
