We are currently looking for a Diabetologist to join our team in Mumbai, Pune, or work remotely. As a Diabetologist at Lillia, you will be responsible for providing online consultations to patients, collaborating with a dedicated Health Coach to ensure comprehensive diabetes care. Your role will involve patient consultation, treatment planning, documentation, and the flexibility to attend offline health camps at client locations if required. Your typical day will involve: - Conducting virtual consultations for patients with diabetes and related conditions. - Collaborating with the Health Coach to provide lifestyle and treatment recommendations. - Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and documentation post-consultation. - Educating patients on diabetes management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications. - Conducting webinars and health talks. - Providing training for the team. - Working closely with the CMO on clinical audits and research work. - Being available for any offline health camps organized by the company at client locations. Requirements: - MBBS + Fellowship/Diploma/Masters degree in Diabetology or Endocrinology. - Minimum 1 year of experience in treating diabetes patients. - Experience in teleconsultation is a plus. - Strong communication and patient management skills. - Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation. - Willingness to travel for offline health camps when necessary. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SQA Engineer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance processes for web, mobile applications and backend API testing. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of software development and QA methodologies, with strong skills in test case creation, manual and automated testing, and defect tracking with good communication skills. Key Responsibilities 1. Test Planning & Execution o Review and analyze requirement documents, specifications, and technical design documents. o Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. o Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results. 2. Automation o Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman, or equivalent. 3. Bug Tracking & Reporting o Identify, record, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or similar. o Collaborate with developers and product managers to reproduce and resolve issues. 4. Regression & Performance Testing o Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. o Conduct performance and load testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner etc. 5. Collaboration & Process Improvement o Work closely with cross-functional teams including Developers, Product Managers, and DevOps. o Suggest process improvements to enhance software quality. o Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Required Skills & Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.  3–5 years of experience in SQA or a related role.  Proficient in manual testing and experience in at least one automation framework.  Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.  Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and tools like Postman or Swagger.  Familiarity with version control systems like Git.  Good analytical and problem-solving skills.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications  Experience with mobile app testing (Android/iOS).  Knowledge of database queries (SQL/MySQL).  Exposure to cloud environments like GCP, AWS or Azure.  ISTQB or similar certification (optional but preferred).
