We are looking for an energetic and target-driven candidate to support our UK-based clients in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new B2B opportunities, following up on leads and nurturing existing customer accounts through outbound calls. This role requires strong consultative selling skills, excellent communication and the ability to deliver tailored energy solutions to businesses. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound telesales calls to generate and convert B2B leads in the UK market. Follow up on warm leads and maintain regular communication with existing clients. Understand business energy needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Build, maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships. Present and promote energy products and services effectively over the phone. Negotiate pricing, terms and close sales deals efficiently. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven telesales or inside sales experience in the energy industry (experience with UK B2B/BPO processes preferred). Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships. Strong negotiation, persuasion and closing skills. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
