Job Summary The Program Coordinator (PC) at Lightfully outpatient facilities provides direct assistance to program leadership specifically assisting the Program Manager in providing leadership, and guidance to Client Care Technicians and Nursing staff, as well as in managing schedules, communications, and reporting. Importantly, the Program Coordinator serves as a leader to Client Care Technicians and Nursing staff and will play an integral role in the achievement of program goals and creating and sustaining Lightfully Behavioral Health clinical mission and employee culture. Major Responsibilities This list should not be seen as comprising the totality of PC responsibilities, but instead serve as a framework for the general expectations of the role which could be expanded upon as necessary to serve program needs. Upholds and maintains the Company, mission, and values (called the Lightfully “Shining Commitments”). Supports clients physical and psychological safety. Completes accurate and timely documentation of observations during shifts. Guides, trains, and reviews CCT documentation to ensure timely and accurate reporting of program events. Completes and submits program related reporting to program, and senior leadership staff. Coordinates client psychiatric, nursing, case management, and other appointments acting as liaison between LBH departments, and with outside providers. Completes program inventories, and supply orders to ensure sufficient supplies are present for proper program functioning. Assists with the scheduling of CCT, and nursing shifts and fills-in as needed when direct-care staff are not present; Assumes duties of staff who are not present as appropriate to meet program goals. Provides guidance, and leadership to CCT and Nursing staff in a motivational and encouraging fashion with a focus on creating and maintaining an inclusive, collaborative, and welcoming work environment. Coordinates and leads on specific projects as assigned by Program Manager. Conducts client admissions and discharges as outlined by LBH policies and procedures. Supports the activities and programming within LBH apartments providing temporary housing to program participants. Attends meetings and training as assigned ensuring proper documentation and reporting to program leadership. Contributes to a positive, productive, and accepting work environment, treating all staff, and clients with respect, dignity, and empathy. Provides one-on-one assistance to clients in crisis as directed by the clinical team and the client’s plan of care. Assists clients with nutritional and dietary needs as indicated. This may include meal and snack assembly. Assists with clients in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner. Seeks assistance of licensed staff when needed. Leads/Co-leads and facilitates groups (as appropriate to licensure) Performs all other duties assigned by supervisor. Specific Skills/Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
