The Assistant Manager - Lighting Solutions is responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with clients to drive business growth. He / She will be responsible for creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing projects from conception to completion, including project management, design support, cost control, and quality assurance. They must be able to analyze project requirements and align them with our lighting solutions to deliver the best possible outcome for our clients including following activities : Preparing Auto CAD & 3D drawings and presentations Providing Creative Designs for ongoing projects in consultation with clients, leading Architects and Interior Designers. Close interaction and coordination with all staff member comprising of various Departments in the company. Functional Area of Vacancy: Exploring Business Opportunity by visiting key Architects, Interior Designers, Electrical Consultants, Project management consultants and Developers. Participating in initial project planning till specifications has been tendered. Technical & Sales Presentations to customers and key decision makers about specific products and solutions Targeting product specific customers Execute business development strategy and plan Conduct routine Mail Campaigns. Identify new clients as well as generate new business from existing clients. Managing few premium key accounts for complete lighting solutions. Reporting to the Business Manager Desired Profile: Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or relevant field. 2 - 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or project management in the lighting or furniture industry. Technical skills required : Auto CAD, Sketchup, Lumion, 3D Max, Photoshop & PPT Experience in managing vendors, stakeholders, and project teams Understanding of decorative and architectural lighting design and technologies, lighting controls, and lighting software Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional team Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Fluency in English, Hindi, and any additional language(s) is a plus Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and visit project sites Desired Work Experience: 2-8 Years In lighting or furniture products only.
